It is also aimed at sales, marketing, and upper management staff seeking a comprehensive understanding of the Preventive Controls Rule. No prior food safety training is required to enroll in this workshop. Participants will learn how to develop and maintain a compliant Food Safety Plan, identify and validate preventive controls, review records, and reanalyze plans. Furthermore, successful completion of the workshop allows participants to receive their ServSafe® Food Protection Manager Certificate, fulfilling the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture requirements for the Food Employee Certification Act.
