NJSA Eastern Regional Tradeshow

The NJSA Eastern Regional Tradeshow is set to take place at the Erie County Fair & Exposition in Hamburg, United States. This event is designed to reach educators and is targeted towards an audience across the USA. It serves as a significant platform for exhibitors, allowing them to showcase their animals and products while adhering to specific guidelines. All exhibitors participating in the NJSA events must possess a federally approved, permanently numbered eartag for their animals, ensuring compliance and traceability. Additionally, NJSA members are required to complete the Youth for the Quality Care of Animals (YQCA) training annually to be eligible to participate in NJSA shows, emphasizing the commitment to animal welfare and quality care standards.The event will feature strict guidelines regarding the number of animals each exhibitor can present. Each exhibitor is allowed to weigh-back 6 gilts, with a maximum of 2 crossbred gilts, and 6 barrows, again with a limit of 2 crossbred barrows. To maintain a level playing field, exhibitors must show one purebred for every crossbred animal entered. The tradeshow also offers camping spots for attendees, providing convenience and enhancing the overall experience. The Bred & Owned Family Certification Form and the Farrowing Date Requirement for Purebreds are additional aspects of the event, ensuring that all participants meet the necessary criteria and standards for their exhibits.
