The National Independent Concessionaires Association (NICA) is hosting its 33rd edition event at the Tuscany Suites & Casino in Las Vegas, United States. This significant gathering is anticipated to attract around 1,200 attendees, bringing together concessionaires and industry professionals from across the USA. The event features a dynamic schedule that includes educational sessions designed to provide insights on various essential topics affecting the industry.

Attendees will have the opportunity to participate in presentations on AI, affordability, marketing trends, labor issues, and the evolving preferences of fair guests. The sessions will also cover crucial aspects of business operation, including public speaking, applying for the CCE program, and best practices for purchasing a concession trailer.

In addition to informative sessions, the event will showcase over 50 trade show exhibitors specializing in food, insurance, manufacturing, supplies, and technology. This trade show acts as a hub for networking and discovering new products and services that can enhance the operations of concessionaires. The presence of industry experts will also provide valuable perspectives on various challenges and opportunities within the concession business, including managing lines, improving employee relations, preventing theft, and optimizing the guest experience.

NICA’s initiatives, including a formal education scholarship program overseen by the NICA Foundation, will also be highlighted, with a total of $70,000 awarded to deserving scholarship recipients in 2026.
