The Advancing Food is Medicine program invites participants to a transformative conference aimed at bridging the gap between health care and agriculture, focusing on improving the food supply. Another workshop, focusing on Local Food Supply Chains, will be hosted by Emma Jagoz and Marty Travis, co-founders of Moon Valley Farms and Down at the Farms LLC, respectively.
