WVC Annual Conference

The WVC Annual Conference will be held at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas, United States. The selection of new exhibitors will be managed by the Viticus Group, which utilizes a Priority Point Standing system to determine booth space allocation. Exhibiting companies must ensure their displays are operational and in show condition by the designated time. Notably, first-time exhibitors are encouraged to participate in the Start-up area, but they may only do so once. Each booth will measure 10 x 5 ft and will feature a FlexFrame wall system with an ID sign displaying the company name and booth number. This is a prime opportunity for businesses to enhance their visibility through sponsorship and advertising options. The conference runs from February 28 to March 3, 2027, and exhibitors are advised that dismantling or moving before the official end of the event may affect their eligibility for future participation.
