WILG Annual Convention

The WILG Annual Convention, hosted at The Meritage Resort and Spa in Napa, United States, is designed to bring together professionals from the legal field for a unique and enriching experience. Chaired by Enrique Flores, Andrea Herman, and Dan Goodkin, this annual event features a variety of sessions and discussions tailored to the needs of attorneys and legal staff involved in workers' injury law and advocacy.One of the highlights of the convention is the WILG® 5K Run, which offers participants a chance to enjoy the scenic beauty of the estate vineyards while engaging in a memorable fitness activity. In addition to the run, attendees can expect a range of insightful presentations from distinguished speakers, promoting discussions on current topics in the field. The event also includes a special recognition, the Michael Rucka Lifetime Achievement Award, which can be supported through ad space in the Annual Convention Tribute Book.WILG® encourages all attendees to stay on property during the convention to help avoid attrition fees that may be incurred if rooms are canceled past the contractual release dates. A nominal fee of $200 will be charged for those who opt not to stay at the venue, except for local attendees. This policy is implemented to mitigate financial liabilities for the association. The convention offers various membership and attendance rates for different categories, including non-member attorneys, legal staff, and those wishing to bring guests. Participation in this convention fosters a community of advocates committed to workers' rights and law, ensuring that members can continue to benefit from low rates at exceptional venues in future events.
