Attendees will delve into various topics vital to enhancing warranty processes, including the effectiveness of enterprise-wide data storage and retrieval systems that support warranty claim data. Discussions will extend to the integration of different types of data linked to warranty claims such as diagnostic session file data, telematics data, returned parts information, and CRM data.

The summit will also explore how to make data accessible to dealers through web portals or warranty dashboards, ensuring efficient communication and transparency. Participants will have the chance to address how to effectively link images and other documentation to warranty claims, and share strategies for reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) to dealers.

Following the event, attendees will gain access to a private group within the MAPconnected Members Network Forum, facilitating ongoing dialogue and collaboration beyond the summit.
