Chevys In The Smokies is set to take place at the LeConte Center at Pigeon Forge, a newly established venue conveniently located just eight miles from the previous location and one block off the Parkway at traffic light #5. This event is designed for show cars, and all participants are required to adhere to strict rules and regulations to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone involved.All inside show cars must arrive during designated move-in times, specifically on Tuesday from 2 PM to 6 PM or Wednesday from 8 AM to 6 PM. Vehicles arriving after Wednesday will be directed to the outside Park N Show area. Upon arrival, an EXPO representative will assist in positioning the car within the show area. To maintain safety and quality, all vehicles must be in show-ready condition, with no more than a quarter tank of fuel. The Pigeon Forge Fire Marshal will be on-site to verify fuel levels. Additionally, drivers must disconnect their batteries and secure fuel tanks to prevent tampering. During the event, vehicles must remain stationary, without being started or moved, and fueling is strictly prohibited within the venue. Each vehicle must be placed on a drip board provided by EXPO to prevent fluid damage to the center's floor, and cardboard must be utilized under the tires.Judging for the show cars will occur on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday mornings, and it is essential for vehicles to be unlocked for this process. Throughout public show hours on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 9 AM to 5 PM, all show cars must remain uncovered. The event promotes a family-friendly atmosphere; thus, smoking, animals, outside food or drink, coolers, and double rider scooters are not permitted within the center. H-J Promotions reserves the right to refuse entry to any car or vendor at its discretion, ensuring that only the finest vehicles are showcased. At the conclusion of the event, all vehicles must be removed under the supervision of the EXPO staff, with the final exit time set for 8 PM on Saturday following the 5 PM Awards Presentation.
