Your Leadership Edge

The event titled 'Your Leadership Edge' is designed to empower individuals in understanding and practicing leadership as an activity that is accessible to everyone, regardless of their position within an organization. This two-day program will take place at the Kansas Leadership Center in Wichita, Kansas, with a notable exception for the September session, which will be held at the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation and Conference Center in Kansas City, Missouri. Participants will engage in a comprehensive learning experience that emphasizes problem-solving skills and effective interventions tailored to challenges they are passionate about.During the program, attendees will explore the KLC framework, which is aimed at helping them stretch their leadership abilities and experiment with new strategies that mobilize others. With a supportive teaching team from KLC, participants will identify personal leadership growth areas, known as their leadership edge, to address their most pressing challenges. The event is priced at $499, with an additional $5 for a non-refundable toolkit that participants will receive on the day of the program. Prior to attending, participants must complete a pre-survey and purchase the 'Your Leadership Edge' book, available in multiple formats. This foundational program is part of a broader initiative by KLC to redefine leadership and cultivate impactful leaders across various sectors in the United States.
