Women's Leadership Conference

The Women's Leadership Conference is an impactful annual event that aims to empower women through learning and networking opportunities. This year marks the 10th edition of the conference, which will take place at the Ruth S. Harley University Center in Garden, United States. It is co-hosted by Adelphi’s Advancement and External Relations and Office of Student Affairs, making it a significant occasion for both the Adelphi community and the general public. The conference welcomes a diverse audience, including students, alumni, faculty, staff, parents, and friends of the University. Participants will have the chance to engage with exceptional alumni and community members from various industries, who will share their experiences and insights on thriving in an ever-changing world. A highlight of the event is the Women’s Leadership High School Award, which recognizes outstanding high school students. The winner will be awarded $500 towards a passion project and will receive three tickets to the Adelphi University Women’s Leadership Conference Awards and Keynote Dinner. This award is part of the conference's commitment to fostering leadership among young women and encouraging them to pursue their dreams. Attendees will also benefit from invaluable networking opportunities, learning directly from accomplished women leaders who have made significant contributions to their fields.
