Women & Business Conference

The Women & Business Conference, hosted by the Salt Lake Chamber, marks its 50th annual event at the Grand America Hotel in Salt Lake City. This prestigious conference has long been a gathering point for women leaders, professionals, entrepreneurs, and changemakers from across Utah, fostering an environment of learning, growth, and mutual support. This milestone year revolves around the theme of energy that drives progress, creates opportunities, and propels impact forward. The full agenda will be revealed in Summer 2026 and will showcase the ideas, experiences, and relationships necessary for advancing individuals, organizations, and communities.In conjunction with the conference, the ATHENA Awards Luncheon will celebrate outstanding individuals who exemplify excellence and creativity in their professions. This award honors those who provide invaluable service to enhance the quality of life in their communities and actively support women's leadership potential. Additionally, the Pathfinder Award will recognize business and community leaders who create new opportunities and promote the success of women in business. A portion of the proceeds from this event will benefit the Women's Business Center of Utah (WBCUtah), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that offers essential programs and resources to help women start, grow, and strengthen their businesses. This conference not only aims to empower women but also contributes to the broader community's development and recognition of women's contributions in the business sector.
