This year's event, themed Fueling Your Power and Purpose, took place during Diversity Week 2024 and gathered over 400 professionals dedicated to advancing their careers in a rapidly changing industry.

The conference featured more than 60 distinguished speakers, including executives, academics, journalists, entrepreneurs, and athletes, who shared their insights on cultivating resilience, adaptability, and authenticity—key traits for effective leadership today.

Participants engaged in bold keynote sessions and expert-led breakout discussions, enabling them to explore innovative ideas and enhance essential skills. The conference also provided curated networking opportunities, allowing attendees to make meaningful connections with their peers. Additionally, attendees had the chance to participate in special activities designed to support their personal and professional growth, including energizing fitness classes and personalized coaching sessions.

The WICT Network also introduced the official conference app to help attendees stay connected, manage their schedules, and receive real-time updates during the event. With a commitment to inclusivity, the WICT Network ensured that the conference venue was accessible and compliant with ADA guidelines, creating an experience that empowers the next generation of leaders across the industry.
