Participants will have the opportunity to join Leadership Cohorts, which provide a supportive environment for women seeking to grow in their leadership roles.The conference features a lineup of distinguished speakers, each bringing their unique experiences and insights to the table. Brenda Leavenworth, an accomplished author and speaker, is highlighted for her commitment to helping women deepen their understanding of Scripture as they pursue Christian maturity. With a master's degree in Biblical Studies and experience as the Director of Women’s Ministry, she brings practical wisdom and guidance to the discussions. Joining her are Kelly Bell, who has dedicated nearly four decades to the Women’s Ministry at Calvary and is passionate about empowering women to become active doers of the Word; Rosemary Cady, a former missionary with extensive experience in church planting; and Krista Fox, who has a rich background in trauma-informed counseling and has developed impactful ministries in Brazil. Together, this executive team will tackle a myriad of topics relevant to women in leadership, drawing from their extensive backgrounds in social justice, trauma care, and pastoral leadership.
