When She Leads Conference

The When She Leads Conference is a transformative gathering designed specifically for women in ministry, taking place in Murrieta, United States. This event is focused on inspiring, equipping, and connecting women who are called to lead within their church communities. Through a variety of offerings, including national and international conferences, engaging podcasts that delve into the realities of ministry leadership, and collaborative Zoom meetings, the conference aims to foster personal growth and meaningful connections among seasoned and emerging leaders alike.

Participants will have the opportunity to join Leadership Cohorts, which provide a supportive environment for women seeking to grow in their leadership roles.

The conference features a lineup of distinguished speakers, each bringing their unique experiences and insights to the table. Brenda Leavenworth, an accomplished author and speaker, is highlighted for her commitment to helping women deepen their understanding of Scripture as they pursue Christian maturity. With a master's degree in Biblical Studies and experience as the Director of Women’s Ministry, she brings practical wisdom and guidance to the discussions.

Joining her are Kelly Bell, who has dedicated nearly four decades to the Women’s Ministry at Calvary and is passionate about empowering women to become active doers of the Word; Rosemary Cady, a former missionary with extensive experience in church planting; and Krista Fox, who has a rich background in trauma-informed counseling and has developed impactful ministries in Brazil.

Together, this executive team will tackle a myriad of topics relevant to women in leadership, drawing from their extensive backgrounds in social justice, trauma care, and pastoral leadership. The conference promises to be a rich source of encouragement and practical application rooted in Scripture, aimed at equipping women to thrive in their ministry journeys.
