Use of Force Summit

Lieutenant Dillon, a retired law enforcement officer with 25 years of experience, will also lead sessions on the internationally recognized L.O.C.K.U.P.® Arrest and Control System, which focuses on reducing injuries to both citizens and officers. Additionally, he developed the L.E.A.D.S. (Law Enforcement Active De-escalation Strategies) curriculum, which has been implemented across various states. Other notable speakers include Dr. Bill Lewinski, co-founder of the Force Science® Institute, who brings a wealth of knowledge in police psychology and human dynamics during high-stress encounters, and Paul Taylor, an Assistant Professor who specializes in decision-making and human factors in police-public interactions.
