Taking place at the Palazzo Grande Banquet Center in Shelby Charter Township, this event spans over two dynamic days where participants engage in structured, time-controlled face-to-face meetings. The format is reminiscent of speed dating but focuses solely on the business realm, allowing retailers to discover new products and services that can enhance their operations.At The Exchange, both retailers and vendors will create detailed company profiles on the event platform, enabling them to pre-schedule meetings based on mutual interests. This process allows vendors to showcase their offerings in designated private spaces, ensuring that retailers can efficiently source new products while learning about the latest trends and opportunities in the market. Each vendor will have an 8'x10' private space equipped with a 6-foot table and four chairs, while retailers are encouraged to bring signage to enhance their branding during the interactions. Additionally, exhibitors who opt for extra table displays will have access to a free-standing 8-foot table with linen and two chairs, optimizing their visibility at the event.The event is structured to cater to a wide range of business needs, with vendors representing various sectors including POS systems, HR solutions, legal services, financial advice, store design, marketing, processing services, lighting, and laboratory services. This diversity allows retailers to meet with decision-makers across different industries, making it a prime opportunity for sourcing innovative solutions. Furthermore, vendors are permitted to bring samples of THC-containing products, provided they comply with state regulations, adding a unique aspect to the offerings available at the event. Each vendor package includes three staff passes, and retailers are encouraged to invite as many decision-makers as necessary to facilitate effective purchasing decisions.
