Strengthening Student Success Conference

The Strengthening Student Success Conference, organized by The Research & Planning Group for California Community Colleges, is an essential event aimed at fostering equity-driven change among community college professionals. This year’s theme invites attendees to envision and advance change not only for students but also for communities and themselves.

The conference presents an invaluable opportunity for a diverse range of California community college professionals, including faculty, deans, student services staff, and IRPE professionals, to connect and collaborate across various roles and campuses. The event will feature a robust program that includes all plenary sessions and a choice of 37 dynamic breakout sessions led by practitioners from the California Community College system, designed to explore strategies for improving equitable outcomes, strengthening institutional effectiveness, and building leadership capacity.
