Strategic Decision Making & Ethical Leadership Conference

The Strategic Decision Making & Ethical Leadership Conference is designed for undergraduate student leaders, offering essential tools in ethical decision-making to enhance their leadership skills. This annual conference, now in its third year, aims to cultivate a productive environment for student leaders from various colleges and universities across the United States. Attendees will not only gain valuable insights but also have the opportunity to network with peers, fostering connections that can last beyond the event.

Held at The Prindle Institute for Ethics in Greencastle, Indiana, the conference features a comprehensive agenda that encourages collaboration and active participation. A notable highlight includes a mock case that participants will work on together throughout the weekend, allowing them to apply ethical decision-making principles in a practical setting.

The conference agenda is packed with engaging activities, starting with a networking opening activity and dinner on the first evening, followed by a series of case activities, service activities, and an interactive exhibit titled 'Voices & Votes: Democracy in Action', showcasing a Smithsonian traveling exhibit. The event culminates with final presentations and closing remarks, ensuring a well-rounded experience for all attendees.
