SOPHE Annual Conference

SOPHE Deputy CEO Maricela Arias-Cantu expressed enthusiasm about returning to Cincinnati, highlighting its accessibility and modernized convention district as key factors that make it an ideal location for the conference. The city’s commitment to providing a state-of-the-art environment aims to inspire and foster innovation among attendees.The SOPHE Annual Conference will feature various themes and tracks, which will be announced in the coming months. Cincinnati was chosen by the SOPHE Annual Conference Site Selection Committee after careful consideration of proposals from multiple cities across different geographical regions. Factors such as hotels, transportation, and costs were analyzed, and member preferences were sought to ensure a favorable location for all participants. SOPHE is a nonprofit association that supports leaders in public health, health education, and promotion, striving to advance healthy and equitable communities worldwide. Members of SOPHE are engaged in various settings, including health care, communities, organizations, schools, universities, and government agencies, working collaboratively to improve public health outcomes.
