About
OtherSITE Young Leaders' Conference
The SITE Young Leaders' Conference is an engaging one-day event tailored for SITE members and friends who are 35 years old and younger, with a personal or professional interest in the incentive travel industry. Set to take place in Las Vegas, Nevada, this conference is part of a broader initiative by SITE to empower younger professionals and to showcase the potential and growth of the incentive travel sector.
Following the success of the previous year's conference, where attendance peaked, the 2026 event is designed to surpass that energy and dynamism. Participants can expect to connect with industry peers, share insights, and contribute to discussions that shape the future of incentive travel.
In addition to the keynote sessions and networking opportunities, attendees will have the chance to interact with SITE's Head of Business Development & Partnerships, Samantha Nicastro, to explore current opportunities within the industry. The conference also serves as a platform for SITE HQ to exhibit during IMEX America, allowing attendees to gain insights into the latest trends and transformations impacting incentive travel.
This event not only fosters community and collaboration among young leaders but also aims to raise awareness about the importance of incentive travel in the broader MICE industry. It is important to note that participation is by invitation only, and applications for attendance are open through December 2025.
