The Screner Core Engineering Research Conference (SCER) is a significant global, peer-reviewed technical forum organized by Nrutseab Ltd, aimed at enhancing the design, evaluation, and optimization of modern computing systems. This conference serves as a collaborative platform for researchers and practitioners from both academia and industry, allowing them to present original contributions in key areas such as distributed systems, high-performance computing, and scalable infrastructure. The unique two-track format of SCER combines rigorous peer-reviewed research with a live implementation showcase, thereby rewarding both theoretical and practical engineering achievements.Hosted in San Francisco, the main conference venue features a full program delivery, engaging keynotes, and a competitive live stage for system demonstrations. Participants are encouraged to submit papers that clearly articulate problem definitions, methodologies, experimental setups, quantitative results, and considerations for reproducibility. All submissions are subjected to a stringent double-anonymous peer review process led by the Technical Program Committee (TPC). This process includes an initial screening phase to ensure compliance with formatting and anonymization standards, along with alignment to the conference’s thematic focus. Papers failing to meet these requirements risk rejection without a full review. Each submission is evaluated by multiple independent reviewers, ensuring a comprehensive assessment based on technical merit, originality, implementation quality, scalability, experimental rigor, reproducibility, and clarity of presentation. Following the peer review, authors of accepted papers will have the opportunity to showcase their working implementations during a live evaluative competition stage. This aspect of the conference is designed to provide a practical demonstration of the accepted research and is open to all authors whose papers have been accepted.
