Satellite Womens Conference

The Satellite Women’s Conference (SWC) is an empowering event designed specifically for women in the portable sanitation industry, which began in 2018. Initially hosting nearly 60 women representing 40 companies, this pioneering women-only conference has seen substantial growth, expanding by 35% within just three years. By 2021, SWC hosted over 80 attendees from more than 50 companies, with a mix of 60% first-time participants and 40% returning attendees. To enhance accessibility, the conference has moved across various locations in the United States, from Minneapolis in its inaugural year to Scottsdale, Nashville, San Diego, Austin, and Leesburg, culminating in Denver for its eighth year, where it served over 140 women. In its ninth year, the conference aims to serve 200 participants from an even broader audience.SWC has evolved into a vibrant community of businesswomen, including decision-makers, owners, managers, and field technicians, fostering connections across small, medium, and large organizations. This educational event is centered on professional development, personal growth, networking, and community-building. Attendees celebrate the relationships they build, sharing invaluable insights and skills necessary for running efficient and profitable businesses while enjoying the process.
