Furthermore, local high school counselors will be given a dedicated day at the conference to enhance collaboration and connection within the community.The event will be held at the Mobile Convention Center, which will also host optional pre- and post-conference events. Exhibitors are invited to participate, with an exhibitor fee of $999 that includes a 6-foot table in the exhibit area, one attendee registration, and unlimited contact scanning via the StriveScan app. Additionally, colleges and universities wishing to participate in the Networking College Fair can reserve a table for an extra fee of $150. For high school counselors and other community-based organizations, attendance to network at the event is free of charge. The conference also offers financial assistance options for secondary counselors and college representatives who may have limited resources to attend.The conference aims to create a welcoming atmosphere with various amenities, including snacks and beverages throughout the day, light hors d’oeuvres, and appetizers at the President’s Welcome Reception and conference social.
