RP Group Conference

The RP Group Conference, hosted by The Research & Planning Group for California Community Colleges, is a pivotal event aimed at fostering equity-driven change within the educational landscape. This year’s theme encourages attendees to envision and advance change not only for students but also for communities and professionals themselves. The conference serves as a unique gathering for a diverse range of California community college professionals, including faculty, deans, student services staff, and IRPE professionals.

It provides a rich environment for collaboration and dialogue, allowing participants to connect across various roles and campuses.

Participants will have the opportunity to engage in thought-provoking plenaries and interactive breakout sessions, with 37 dynamic sessions led by practitioners from across the California Community College system. This event is designed to explore strategies that improve equitable outcomes, strengthen institutional effectiveness, and enhance leadership capacity within the community colleges.

Attendees can network with peers, thought leaders, and innovators, expanding their professional connections while enjoying provided meals and refreshments to keep them energized throughout the event. Additionally, the conference includes a mobile app and event community, facilitating meaningful conversations before, during, and after the conference.
