Regional Leadership Conferences

The Regional Leadership Conferences (RLCs) are multi-day, immersive events designed to enhance personal and chapter leadership within Tau Kappa Epsilon (TKE). These conferences provide a platform for engaging workshops, networking opportunities, and interactive learning experiences that equip attendees with practical skills in recruitment, chapter management, and personal development. Participants have the opportunity to connect with fellow Fraters from across TKE Nation, including Grand Council members, Foundation Board members, local and regional volunteers, and TKE VIPs. The RLCs are structured to foster lifelong bonds and provide a supportive environment where members can share ideas and strategies for overcoming challenges on campus and beyond.The RLCs focus on creating championship chapters through effective leadership. Statistics indicate that chapters sending four or more members to these conferences see significant improvements in their recruitment and fundraising efforts. On average, these groups initiate five additional members and raise three times more money for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Moreover, attendees gain valuable insights that improve their chapter's Key Result Area (KRA) scores, enhancing their eligibility for awards such as Excellence Awards and the prestigious Top TKE Chapter designation. The conferences also feature sessions led by prominent leaders within the fraternity, providing attendees with the knowledge and skills necessary to elevate their chapters and impact their campuses positively.
