Public Children Services Association of Ohio Annual Conference

The Public Children Services Association of Ohio Annual Conference is a noteworthy gathering that marks a significant milestone in the field of child protection. Celebrating its 45th anniversary, this conference continues to foster collaboration and discussion among child protection professionals. The event attracts a diverse audience, including caseworkers, supervisors, administrators, counselors, attorneys, and child advocates, drawing nearly 800 attendees from across the United States, as well as international participants from countries such as the UAE and Turkey.This year's theme continues the tradition of recognizing the dedication of child welfare workers, building on the success of last year’s conference themed 'This Is Us: The Child Protection Team.' The conference is held at the Hilton Columbus at Easton, providing a conducive environment for networking and learning. The event is organized by the Public Children Services Association of Ohio, with significant support from sponsors, notably Aetna OhioRISE, which serves as the diamond sponsor. During the conference, the Child and Family Lifetime Advocate award was presented to Gov. Mike DeWine and First Lady Fran DeWine, honoring their contributions to child welfare.
