Each participant will receive a one-sheet glossary of essential financial terms and formulas, which they will utilize to tackle real financial scenarios throughout the seminar. By the end of the event, attendees will gain skills in building financials from scratch, appraising values of specific amenities, and comprehending critical calculations such as NOI, Expense Ratios, Net Rental Income, and Capitalization Rates (Cap). Furthermore, they will learn to accurately report financial progressions and variances to property owners with confidence and appropriate terminology, along with take-home questions and calculations to continuously enhance their financial analysis capabilities.
