The program aims to equip healthcare professionals with the necessary tools to navigate the complex landscape of compliance effectively, thereby ensuring a smooth and successful survey process.Attendees will benefit from the updated ASHE Compliance Tracker™, which streamlines the understanding of key codes, regulations, and standards by cross-referencing them with the Joint Commission, DNV, and ACHC standards, as well as CMS CoPs and NFPA references. The Life Safety Module focuses specifically on fire hazard prevention strategies within hospital environments, ensuring that staff are well-prepared to protect all occupancies from potential fire risks. Additional topics covered include emergency management planning, appropriate documentation, and comprehensive training for emergency situations. The program emphasizes best practices for creating a safe and secure environment for patients, staff, and visitors. Furthermore, participants will have the opportunity to earn up to 21 Continuing Education Credits (CECs) by completing all three modules offered in this series, including Emergency Management and The Care Environment, ultimately providing a rounded perspective on maintaining compliance within healthcare facilities.
