NYGFOA Conference

The NYGFOA Conference is New York State’s premier event tailored for government finance professionals. This significant gathering will see over 550 attendees, including a diverse range of professionals such as commissioners, comptrollers, directors of finance, financial analysts, treasurers, clerks, supervisors, CFOs, accountants, budget directors, business managers, cash managers, and council members, as well as participants from the private sector. The event offers a unique opportunity for networking, learning, and sharing insights among peers in the finance community.Taking place at the Albany Marriott, the conference includes both an Annual Conference and Pre-Conference sessions, which require separate registrations. Attendees will benefit from a comprehensive Conference App, which will be available on smartphones and desktop devices, allowing access to session details, PowerPoint slide decks, surveys, and vital information regarding exhibitors, sponsors, and speakers. The app also facilitates connections among attendees, enabling them to schedule meetings and engage through an internal social wall. The in-person Pre-Conference sessions feature lunch and refreshment breaks, while the Annual Conference registration encompasses two breakfasts, several refreshment breaks, one lunch, two receptions, one dinner, and an evening party with entertainment on Thursday. It is important to note that only registered attendees with name badges can participate in conference activities, including meals and sessions.
