New England Camp Conference

The New England Camp Conference, held at the DoubleTree by Hilton Manchester Downtown in Manchester, USA, is a significant event for camp and outdoor education professionals. This conference is designed to enhance the skills and knowledge of attendees involved in the camp industry. The event is scheduled for two days, March 18 and 19, 2027, and aims to bring together exhibitors, vendors, and attendees from across the United States.

Exhibitors at the conference will have the opportunity to showcase their products and services to a targeted audience, with booth spaces available in various configurations. The 10x10 premium and corner booths, along with half booths, will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, ensuring that vendors can secure prime locations for visibility.

New exhibitors can benefit from a unique opportunity, as there is a $300 cost reduction for first-time vendors thanks to generous funding. Booth shares are allowed for an additional fee, allowing vendors to partner and maximize their presence at the event. Additionally, a post-conference mailing list will be provided, enabling exhibitors to follow up with potential leads after the event.

Participants are encouraged to validate their parking tickets to avail of discounted rates, ensuring a seamless travel experience to the venue. The New England Camp Conference is poised to be a valuable experience for all involved, providing a platform for networking, learning, and collaboration within the camp community. Vendors and attendees alike are encouraged to act quickly to secure their spots and make the most of this unique opportunity to engage with fellow professionals and expand their reach within the industry.
