NAAG Fall Consumer Protection Conference

The NAAG Fall Consumer Protection Conference will be held in Washington DC, providing a crucial platform for attorneys general and their staff to engage in discussions and training on consumer protection issues. The National Association of Attorneys General (NAAG), as a nonpartisan national forum, aims to empower and support America's attorneys general through collaboration, insight, and expertise. Interested offices should ensure that potential nominees create their accounts and select their office as their organization before submitting nominations for scholarships. The nomination deadline is set for Noon ET, October 7, 2024. Attendees who are U.S. Supreme Court bar members will need to provide specific personal information, including their legal name, birth date, and SCOTUS bar number if available, to fulfill registration requirements. Seating arrangements will be made according to registration order, with some members seated in the bar section and others in the area behind it. NAAG will also apply for Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credits for eligible attendees, ensuring that participants gain valuable professional development from their attendance at this vital conference.
