International Credit Union Contact Center Conference

The International Credit Union Contact Center Conference is a premier event for credit union professionals, designed to enhance the member experience while effectively managing employee workloads and boosting morale. The course curriculum, initially developed by Dr. Jon Anton from Purdue University, has been further refined and expanded by industry experts including Bruce Belfiore, Chancellor of the College, and Jose Perez, Dean of the College. The training is scheduled over two full days, providing an immersive experience for attendees.
