The Inorganic Reaction Mechanisms Gordon Research Conference (GRC) is a distinguished international scientific event dedicated to advancing the frontiers of science within the field of inorganic chemistry. This conference is designed for scientists at all career stages, providing a unique platform to present cutting-edge, unpublished research, while also prioritizing interactive discussions following each presentation. This five-day conference will take place at the Staybridge Suites Oxnard - River Ridge in Oxnard, United States, a remote location chosen to enhance camaraderie among participants and foster lasting collaborations and friendships within the scientific community.The program will feature a diverse lineup of speakers and discussion leaders from institutions and organizations around the globe, focusing on the latest advancements in inorganic reaction mechanisms. Attendees can expect engaging talks, as well as designated poster sessions that allow participants to showcase their research and engage in discussions. With a schedule that includes ample opportunities for informal networking—through communal meals and afternoon free time—the GRC aims to create a collaborative environment conducive to scientific exchange and relationship-building. Additionally, the conference will be held in conjunction with the Inorganic Reaction Mechanisms Gordon Research Seminar (GRS), further enriching the experience for participants. The conference chair is in the process of developing a preliminary program featuring nine sessions, with the names of invited speakers and discussion leaders to be announced soon. Financial assistance will also be available for qualified applicants starting in 2026 through the Carl Storm Opportunity Fellowships program, emphasizing the commitment to inclusivity and support for emerging scientists in the field.
