INDEX DEIB Conference

The INDEX DEIB Conference is an important gathering aimed at fostering diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) within educational environments. Hosted at The Ritz-Carlton in Buckhead, Atlanta, this event serves as a platform for a diverse group of schools to come together, share experiences, and promote a culture of appreciation and understanding among their members.

The conference emphasizes the importance of listening to and respecting the varied voices, roles, and perspectives of all participants, ensuring that everyone feels a sense of belonging and is empowered to contribute to collective learning.

During the conference, participants are encouraged to engage in meaningful discussions and activities that highlight the significance of collaboration and support in creating inclusive educational spaces. By fostering these values, the INDEX DEIB Conference aims to equip attendees with the tools and insights necessary to bring these practices back to their respective schools. This initiative not only seeks to enhance the educational environment within individual institutions but also strives to make a broader impact on the community by promoting a culture of inclusion and understanding.
