Participants are encouraged to submit designs for the NC HOSA Pin and T-shirt, especially in honor of NC HOSA's 50th Anniversary, aiming to create the most desirable pin for the upcoming International Leadership Conference (ILC). Design finalists will be chosen and voted on during the business session at the SLC 2026. The event serves as a platform for students, advisors, and community leaders, including CTE Directors, Superintendents, and Legislators, to share their experiences and develop their skills.
