Awards will be presented, including the E.Y.E award and H.E.L.P. award from Prevent Blindness North Carolina, recognizing outstanding contributions from individuals and organizations that support future health professionals. Additionally, the NC HOSA Board of Directors will be electing Regional Representatives for a two-year term, with the organization expanding to ten regions to represent its growth. Participants are encouraged to submit designs for the NC HOSA Pin and T-shirt, especially in honor of NC HOSA's 50th Anniversary, aiming to create the most desirable pin for the upcoming International Leadership Conference (ILC). Design finalists will be chosen and voted on during the business session at the SLC 2026. The event serves as a platform for students, advisors, and community leaders, including CTE Directors, Superintendents, and Legislators, to share their experiences and develop their skills. Overall, the HOSA State Leadership Conference is an essential gathering for those in the health sciences, providing ample opportunities for recognition and professional development.
