Health Policy Conference

The Health Policy Conference, organized by the American Academy of Nursing, is a pivotal event focusing on the theme of 'Digital Health: Community, Promise, Responsibility.' This conference aims to address critical issues surrounding digital health innovations and their impact on individuals and communities. As digital health technologies rapidly evolve, the conference will delve into the ethical considerations that accompany their implementation, the development of care models to enhance practice innovations, and the implications of artificial intelligence on various populations. Participants will gain insights into how to navigate the evolving healthcare landscape responsibly, ensuring that emerging technologies are applied in ways that prioritize safety and efficacy.At the conference, attendees will have the opportunity to present their original research through e-posters, with a selection process conducted by a dedicated Abstract Review Committee. The committee will evaluate submissions based on established criteria, with a scoring system ranging from 'Exceptional' to 'Not acceptable.' Five types of abstracts will be accepted: Research, Historical Research, Evidence-Based Practice (EBP), Quality Improvement, and Implementation and Evaluation. Each abstract type has specific components that must be included, such as purpose, methods, results, and policy implications. All accepted submissions will contribute to the dialogue on how to harness the potential of digital health while mitigating risks. This engaging event is designed for a diverse audience from the USA and Nigeria, providing a platform for knowledge exchange and collaboration in the field of health policy.
