Organizers are currently forming teams to develop the conference theme and logo, as well as to scout locations for mobile tours and receptions. The event is also calling for presentations, with the submission period opening on December 8 and closing on February 13. AICP members will have the opportunity to log their CM credits during the conference, ensuring continued professional development.

Additionally, the conference hotel room block is set at a competitive rate of $189 per night, making accommodation accessible for attendees. The event is supported by a dedicated Host Committee from the Atlantic Coast Section, as well as numerous volunteers and sponsors, whose contributions are vital to the success of the conference.
