The Fall: NORTHEAST Regional Campus Activities Conference is set to take place at the Hilton Albany in Albany, United States. This conference serves as a hub for agencies, self-represented artists, and various participants involved in campus activities. All registered associates including agents, artists, vendors, and speakers are required to stay at the host hotel within the designated APCA block to gain access to the event. The conference will feature educational sessions, referred to as Ed Sessions, which are 50 minutes long and designed to focus on topics relevant to student development and professional leadership skills. These sessions will cover a diverse range of themes including the programming of effective events on campus, marketing strategies, health and wellness, team building, and diversity. It is important to note that these sessions are strictly for educational purposes and not for sales pitches or demonstrations.Exhibiting agents must purchase a Delegate Pass, which includes all conference meals and grants full access to showcases and conference events. Showcasing artists, while not required to purchase a Delegate Pass if they are only participating in their specific showcase, may opt to buy one if they wish to attend additional events. Each agency must have at least one exhibiting agent with a booth and Delegate Pass. Additionally, the conference offers premium packages that provide enhanced visibility through advertising in the conference program, preferred booth placement, and social media spotlights. Electricity for booths is available for purchase, ensuring that every exhibitor can effectively present their offerings. With limited availability for booths and premium packages, early registration is encouraged.
