East Coast Ministers Conference

The East Coast Ministers Conference, hosted at Elizabethtown College in Elizabethtown, United States, serves as a crucial gathering for missionaries, chaplains, and those engaged in church ministry. This event is specifically tailored for individuals who are either in training for pastoral roles, teaching in seminaries, or actively involved in preaching and teaching within church settings.

The conference is designed exclusively for men, emphasizing opportunities for fellowship, accountability, and prayer among like-minded gospel ministers. By gathering at a college campus, the conference facilitates a community atmosphere, where attendees are encouraged to forge meaningful relationships over shared meals and activities. Accommodations during the conference include dormitory-style lodging with options for two-person bedrooms or single bedrooms, designed to foster camaraderie among participants.

The conference fee, ranging from $180 to $510, is structured to ensure great value, encompassing room, full board, registration, and bookstore gift certificates, with no hidden costs. Attendees can look forward to a comprehensive meal plan from Tuesday supper to Thursday lunch, providing all six meals during their stay. This strategic approach to organization aims to make participation accessible to a wide range of pastors, particularly those serving in smaller or less affluent congregations.

The conference also enjoys a broad audience reach, extending its influence and participation from regions such as Nigeria and the USA. Attendees are encouraged to engage with past resources and media from previous conferences to enhance their experience.
