Dance Convention

The Dance Convention is a premier event aimed at dancers aged 6 and up, hosted at the Hyatt Regency Baltimore Inner Harbor. This convention offers a diverse range of dance styles including Hip Hop, Jazz, Contemporary, and Musical Theater, among others. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn from some of the most inspiring and caring dance professionals in the industry. The event promises a supportive and professional environment, ensuring that each dancer thrives through a more individualized approach to classes. Throughout the day, participants will not only engage in exciting classes but also have the chance to meet their master teachers, take photos, and receive autographs, creating lasting memories.One of the highlights of the Dance Convention is the chance to receive scholarships for future events. Outstanding dancers will be recognized by master teachers and awarded scholarships that can be utilized for any upcoming Turn It Up Dance Challenge Convention, Regional, or National competition. Additionally, select dancers may be invited to assist top industry professionals at future conventions, providing invaluable experience. The event also features invitations to join the prestigious Turn It Up National Dance Team, where selected outstanding dancers will receive costumes, work closely with renowned choreographers, and perform at national events. This convention not only serves as an educational platform but also as a gateway to further opportunities in the dance world. As a special incentive, studios registering multiple dancers can enjoy a free studio director wristband, allowing directors to observe or participate in all level classes.
