Chairside CAD/CAM Mastery For Dental Assistants (CL100)

The Chairside CAD/CAM Mastery for Dental Assistants (CL100) is a dedicated two-day intensive workshop designed specifically for dental assistants, focusing on the efficient integration of CAD/CAM technology in dental practices. This course emphasizes a team approach, highlighting that the most effective dental offices operate with all members working together in harmony to provide optimal patient care in a single visit. Participants will engage in hands-on training with CEREC technology, covering essential aspects such as software navigation, design techniques, materials selection, and milling processes. Each assistant will have access to a dedicated CAD CAM workstation, ensuring ample hands-on experience in the design and finishing of CAD CAM restorations.Throughout the workshop, attendees will learn about recognizing ideal preparation designs for various dental restorations, including inlays, onlays, veneers, and crowns. The curriculum includes a review of different design techniques such as Biogeneric Individual, Biogeneric Copy, and Copy and Mirror, explaining their specific applications and benefits. Participants will also engage in practical exercises focusing on stain and glaze techniques, ideal polishing methods for aesthetic restorations, and the step-by-step fabrication process of zirconia restorations. The workshop also allows for hands-on fabrication of inlays, onlays, crowns, and bridges, equipping dental assistants with the skills needed to manage the CAD CAM restoration fabrication process effectively. This course is not available for doctors and is part of a broader series that includes various related topics, such as core workflows with Chairside CAD/CAM, mastering stain and glaze for dentists and their teams, provisionalizing and restoring implants, anterior aesthetics, and more advanced topics in digital implant dentistry and clear aligners.
