Blueprint Sprint: Raleigh

The Blueprint Sprint is an intensive two-day workshop designed specifically for independent school leadership teams, taking place at Ravenscroft School in Raleigh, United States. This event addresses the challenges faced by school leaders in balancing the daily demands of their roles with the need to implement long-term strategic goals. Attendees will learn how to transform strategic discussions into actionable, measurable progress. The workshop is led by Brett Jacobsen, the president of SAIS, and Ann Marsh Rutledge, the director of strategic design & innovation at SAIS. Together, they will provide valuable insights and practical tools that will empower teams to bring their strategic priorities to life.Participating teams, consisting of 3-5 members, can include various leadership roles such as the head of school, trustees, division leaders, and curriculum directors. Each team will have dedicated space to work on a pressing strategic priority, ensuring focused attention on their individual initiatives without cross-school collaboration. This unique structure is designed to maximize the effectiveness of each team's time during the sprint, allowing them to tackle significant challenges with the potential for impactful results. Additionally, while there is no designated host hotel for the event, attendees can find nearby accommodations including the AC Hotel Raleigh North Hills, Courtyard by Marriott Raleigh North/Triangle Town Center, and Hyatt House Raleigh North Hills. Participants should be aware of the acknowledgment of risks associated with attending the event, particularly regarding health protocols and the assumption of exposure to infectious diseases.
