Annual OAPA CME Conference

The Annual OAPA CME Conference is a premier educational event designed for Physician Assistants (PAs) to enhance their medical knowledge, clinical skills, and awareness of current health care issues. This dynamic conference will take place at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Oklahoma City Downtown Medical Center, a venue known for its comfortable accommodations and convenient downtown location. Attendees will have the opportunity to engage with fellow colleagues, fostering professional connections while enjoying the amenities of the hotel, including complimentary made-to-order breakfasts and access to local dining options.The conference is expected to offer an extensive educational program, with plans to request a total of 25 hours of AAPA Category I CME credit, in addition to 12 hours available through specialized workshops such as BLS, PALS, and ACLS. One hour of Category I CME will specifically address substance abuse, as mandated by the Oklahoma State Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision. OAPA members who register for the conference will benefit from automatic logging of their CME hours with the Oklahoma Board, streamlining the process through participation in the NCCPA CME Conference Logging System.Exhibitors will showcase products and services relevant to attendees, with exhibit hours starting at 9:00 am on the first day and continuing until the final break on the second day. Participants are encouraged to collect signatures from exhibitors on their special cards, which will enter them into exciting prize drawings. Networking opportunities will be plentiful, including an evening event filled with entertainment, food, and drinks, ensuring a well-rounded experience for all attendees.
