Annual NWPBIS Conference

The Annual NWPBIS Conference is a premier event that convenes educators, school leaders, family partners, and community members dedicated to enhancing Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) systems. Designed for those at various stages of PBIS implementation, this year's conference addresses critical themes centered on the importance of trust, collaboration, and shared purpose in fostering strong school communities that support every learner.

Participants will engage in sessions that cover the entire PBIS continuum—from initial planning and staff engagement to scaling up practices across schools and districts—while emphasizing equity, inclusion, and long-term impact.

Attendees will have the opportunity to connect with colleagues and learn from leading experts in the field. Among the featured speakers is Dr. Felicia Singleton, the Executive Director of Whole Child and Community Design at the San Diego County Office of Education, who specializes in implementing equity-centered, multi-tiered systems of support, restorative practices, and social-emotional learning.

This networking event is expected to draw around 1,000 visitors, making it an ideal platform for sharing expertise and experiences related to PBIS implementation and sustainability. Set in the Hilton Portland Downtown, the conference promises easy access to various local attractions, enhancing the experience for all attendees.
