Annual AREGC Conference

The Annual AREGC Conference, celebrating 75 years of cooperative collaboration, is hosted by Associated Electric Cooperative and promises to be a pivotal gathering for cooperative and industry professionals. With a focus on addressing the pressing issues in generation, this year’s technical program has been expertly developed by Basin Electric Power Cooperative.

Attendees can expect in-depth discussions revolving around critical industry priorities including Generation Reliability and Operational Excellence, as well as Planning and Building New Generation Resources. The event is anticipated to draw over 200 participants, fostering a space for practical application and insightful dialogue.

The conference kicks off with a Welcome Reception, providing attendees with an opportunity to network and connect before diving into the technical sessions which are scheduled from Tuesday through Thursday. Registration grants access to all technical sessions, panels, and the exhibit hall, in addition to scheduled networking events that are crucial for building connections within the industry.

Optional activities are available for an additional fee, allowing attendees to tailor their experience. As part of the enriching offerings, the exhibitors will have the opportunity to engage with participants during the Charging Ahead: Exhibitor Welcome Networking event, which features refreshments and giveaways. With Rapid City as the backdrop, this conference not only promises valuable industry insights but also showcases the vibrant culture and history of the surrounding area.
