These programs are recognized for their commitment to providing high-quality and evidence-based home visiting services to families during pregnancy and until children reach kindergarten age. The overarching goal of these initiatives is to build stronger families and brighter futures for Arkansas' children by enhancing school readiness, improving health outcomes, and reducing instances of child maltreatment. The conference is supported by substantial funding from the Department of Health and Human Services under grant X10MC29461, which amounts to $7,801,146.00, with additional resources coming from the Arkansas Department of Human Services and the Arkansas Department of Education.
