The Advanced Perinatal Clinical Application event is designed to enhance hands-on clinical skills for practitioners serving the pregnancy and postpartum populations. Building on the Webster Technique Certification, this comprehensive module covers essential topics such as perinatal chiropractic research, pelvic balancing techniques, and outcome-based examinations. Participants will gain insights into engaging both birth providers and mothers within their communities, fostering a collaborative approach to perinatal care.A key focus of the course is teaching attendees how to identify neurological soft signs that are related to subluxations particularly significant to the perinatal demographic. The curriculum also addresses the unique postural, structural, fascial, functional, and psychosocial factors that arise during pregnancy and the postpartum period. To facilitate an interactive learning experience, attendees are encouraged to bring specific tools such as a portable table (if the seminar is not held at a college), a rolling straight edge ruler, a protractor, and a pencil for note-taking. Alternatively, downloading a protractor app for those using electronic notes is recommended.
