Acton Children's Business Fair

The Acton Children's Business Fair is an exciting opportunity for children to launch their own startup businesses, taking place at Acton Academy San Diego East in La Mesa, California. This fifth annual event allows kids to develop a brand, create a unique product or service, and build a marketing strategy, culminating in a one-day marketplace where they can showcase their entrepreneurial skills. With an expected visitor count of around 1,500, this fair stands as the largest entrepreneurship event for kids in North America, providing a platform for approximately 40 young exhibitors to present their creative business ideas. Participants will have their own booth equipped with a 6-foot table and 1-2 chairs, although they are encouraged to bring their own tablecloth. Children are responsible for setting up their booths, interacting with customers, and making sales. The event emphasizes the importance of independent entrepreneurial efforts; thus, parents may supervise younger children but cannot sell or promote products on their behalf.
