AAFP Leadership Conference

The AAFP Leadership Conference, organized by the American Academy of Family Physicians, is set to be a pivotal event for family medicine professionals, taking place at the Sheraton Kansas City Hotel at Crown Center in Kansas City, United States. This conference aims to enhance leadership development and promote diversity within family physician leadership. It will attract over 500 medical professionals who are committed to advancing their careers and making a positive impact within their communities.The conference features the Annual Chapter Leader Forum (ACLF), which focuses on developing chapter board excellence through a comprehensive two-day program. Attendees will connect with peers and learn from industry experts, enhancing their skills and knowledge to support their respective chapter's boards effectively. Additionally, the National Conference of Constituency Leaders (NCCL) is a key highlight, aimed at fostering leadership development among underrepresented groups in medicine, including women physicians, BIPOC physicians, new physicians, international medical graduates, and LGBTQ+ physicians.
