300 Hour Advanced Teacher Training - Ghosh Yoga

The 300 Hour Advanced Teacher Training at Ghosh Yoga offers a comprehensive program designed for yoga teachers looking to deepen their understanding of the practice and enhance their teaching skills. This training combines both online lessons and in-person immersion, allowing participants the flexibility to learn at their own pace while still engaging in daily practice. The course emphasizes not just the physical postures but also the philosophical, historical, and ethical components of yoga, ensuring a holistic approach to the yogic lifestyle.

The program is structured over six months of online study followed by a two-week in-person immersion at Gaze Hot Yoga in Tampa, Florida. Participants are expected to maintain their personal practice and study throughout the online portion, which consists of immersive lessons that cover complex anatomy, breathing techniques, meditation, and teaching methods.

The course includes daily classes focused on pranayama and meditation, with an emphasis on integrating these topics into effective teaching strategies. Graduates of the 200 Hour Ghosh Yoga Foundation Training or those with extensive knowledge of Ghosh Yoga materials are encouraged to apply. This training is facilitated by esteemed instructors Ida Jo and Scott, known for their dynamic approach to yoga education, ensuring that participants leave with a profound understanding of both the practice and the pedagogical aspects of teaching yoga.
